A Certified Practising Accountant since 2002, a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor and a DEXT partner; Nicola has years of experience in tax, payroll and accountancy. Priding herself on the close working relationship with all of her clients, Nicola offers sound advice to help your business succeed.
Bev has worked with us for several years now and has become one of the most important members of the team. Currently in the final year of her AAT qualification, her knowledge in the field continues to grow. A QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor, Bev can give all the training and information.
Graduating from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa with a degree in Bachelor of Accounting Science, Maneesha joins our team as a dedicated accounts manager. As a QuickBooks Certified Pro Advisor, Maneesha is already building a strong portfolio of clients assisting in the structure and running of their business whilst managing the VAT. Maneesha is also our payroll specialist who manages the weekly and monthly payroll for over 100 clients together with all aspects of CIS. Maneesha’s main passion is to assist clients and make the accounting side of life easier so that they can focus on what they love to do.
David has been with the firm since incorporation and has excellent communication skills and a thorough approach to bookkeeping.

We will complete a tax return on your behalf, make the necessary online filing submission and ensure that all of our clients are operating in the most tax efficient way possible.
We are able to complete any other services you may need such as bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll or CIS submissions. These services can be added as and when you require them.
Financial Accounts are reports that are based on bookkeeping records. Accounts can be prepared monthly, quarterly or annually. Most businesses will have their accounts completed on an annual basis to comply with their obligations to HMRC.
We complete a full and detailed set of accounts for all of our clients including profit and loss, balance sheet and supporting notes where applicable. A complete and accurate set of accounts is beneficial for all businesses because they show a true picture of the business financial position and ensure that the correct amount of tax is calculated for payment to HMRC.
We can offer an accurate and efficient bookkeeping service for our clients using either Microsoft Excel spreadsheets or Sage Accounting.
We can complete small business accounting for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies and help with all dealings with HMRC. This provides peace of mind for our clients, leaving them time to concentrate on their business productivity.
Outsourcing to a professional leaves you free to concentrate on other aspects of your business, rather than concentrating on the business bookkeeping with the possibilities of making mistakes that could affect the amount of tax you pay.
Accurate bookkeeping is crucial for a business and HMRC require businesses to keep accurate records that are up to date. Failure to do so may incur a financial penalty.
VAT (Value Added Tax) is a tax which is charged on most goods and services provided by VAT registered businesses. When VAT registered businesses are charged VAT on the goods and services they buy then this can generally be reclaimed.
VAT registered businesses are required to complete an online VAT return (usually every quarter). The VAT return takes into consideration all of the VAT the business has collected from sales and all of the VAT the business has spent on purchases and expenses. The difference is then paid (or reclaimed) to HMRC.
